15457.033 Psychometric testing. The examining board marriage and family
16therapy, professional counseling, and social work and the psychology examining
17board shall jointly promulgate rules that specify the different levels of psychometric
18testing that an individual who is certified or licensed under this chapter is qualified
19to perform. Such rules shall be consistent with the guidelines of the American
20Psychological Association, or other nationally recognized guidelines, for performing
21psychometric testing. A certificate holder or licensee may not engage in
22psychometric testing except as provided under the rules promulgated under this
23section.
